Employee Rights
and
Unemployment
Unemployment and employee exploitation are growing concerns in today’s society. Many people struggle to find stable jobs, while others face low wages, excessive working hours, and unfair workplace practices.
EqualCare Welfare Foundation is committed to addressing these issues through practical solutions, awareness, and support. We work to promote employment-generating initiatives, encourage skill development, and help individuals move toward self-reliance. At the same time, we raise awareness about employee rights and support workers facing injustice at the workplace.
Income Inequality or low income
Income inequality and low income prevent millions of families from living a dignified and secure life. Hard work alone is often not enough when opportunities and resources are unevenly distributed.
EqualCare Welfare Foundation works to reduce income inequality by creating shared income-generating resources. We believe that when people come together, they can build sustainable earning opportunities through collective efforts, small manufacturing units, and service-based initiatives. Our focus is on long-term income stability, not short-term relief.
We aim to create a system where earning opportunities are shared, fair, and accessible to all.
Alone it is difficult — together, it is possible.
Agriculture and Climate Change
Agriculture and climate change are deeply interconnected. Unsustainable farming practices harm the environment, reduce soil fertility, and increase farmers’ financial stress. At the same time, climate change directly affects crop yield, water availability, and food security.
EqualCare Welfare Foundation promotes natural and sustainable farming practices that protect the soil, conserve water, and reduce dependence on harmful chemicals. When farmers adopt sustainable agriculture, it leads to better long-term income, lower input costs, and healthier produce. At the same time, it helps slow climate change and preserves natural resources for future generations.
We believe sustainable farming is essential for farmers’ prosperity, environmental balance, and long-term food security.
Alone it is difficult — together, it is possible.
