Our mission is to develop income-generating resources by using contributions from members of Equal Care Welfare Foundation. These resources may include manufacturing units and service-oriented businesses (“projects”).
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a registered member of Equal Care Welfare Foundation.
Have completed the membership form and received a Unique Member ID.
Provide accurate and complete information.
3. Contributions
All contributions made by members will be directed towards specific projects aimed at creating sustainable income-generating resources.
Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
The Foundation reserves the right to allocate contributions to projects aligned with its objectives. Allocation details will be transparently outlined for each project.
4. Projects and Income Distribution
Each project will be listed on the Website.
Projects will be initiated to generate income once infrastructure or services are established.
If a project generates income, members may receive monetary distribution proportionate to their contribution.

3. योगदान
सदस्यों द्वारा किया गया प्रत्येक योगदान विशेष परियोजनाओं में उपयोग किया जाएगा, जिनका उद्देश्य स्थायी आय-सृजन संसाधन स्थापित करना है।
योगदान स्वैच्छिक और अप्रत्याहार्य (Non-Refundable) हैं।
संस्था को यह अधिकार है कि वह योगदान को अपने उद्देश्यों के अनुरूप परियोजनाओं में आवंटित करे। प्रत्येक परियोजना का विवरण पारदर्शी रूप से वेबसाइट पर दिया जाएगा।
4. परियोजनाएँ और आय वितरण
प्रत्येक परियोजना वेबसाइट पर सूचीबद्ध की जाएगी।
परियोजना आवश्यक ढांचा स्थापित होने के बाद आय उत्पन्न करने का प्रयास करेगी।
यदि परियोजना से आय उत्पन्न होती है, तो संचालन व्यय एवं वैधानिक कटौतियों के बाद पात्र सदस्यों को उनके योगदान के अनुपात में वितरण किया जा सकता है।
आय की कोई गारंटी नहीं है। यह परियोजना के प्रदर्शन पर निर्भर करेगी।
5. परियोजना समयसीमा
परियोजना की अनुमानित समयसीमा वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी।
अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों (जैसे नियामक मुद्दे, प्राकृतिक आपदा आदि) के कारण समयसीमा में परिवर्तन संभव है।

6. दायित्व
संस्था किसी भी परियोजना की सफलता या लाभ की गारंटी नहीं देती।
सदस्य स्वीकार करते हैं कि औद्योगिक एवं व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों में जोखिम निहित होते हैं।
संस्था किसी भी पूंजी हानि या संभावित आय के नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी।
7. गोपनीयता
सदस्यता या योगदान के दौरान प्राप्त व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग केवल परियोजना प्रबंधन और आधिकारिक संचार के लिए किया जाएगा।
8. बौद्धिक संपदा
वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध सभी सामग्री Equal Care Welfare Foundation की बौद्धिक संपदा है। बिना अनुमति उपयोग या पुनरुत्पादन प्रतिबंधित है।
9. संशोधन
